Making Donations to ARCSThe Australian Rainforest Conservation Society is a non-profit, non-government organisationincorporated under the Queensland Associations Incorporation Act 1981. While the Society receives small grants from the Australian and Queensland Governments, it is fundamentally dependent for its survival on donations from its members and the public. All donations are used to support the Society's conservation activities, including research, field surveys, submissions, public campaigns and lobbying. Donations to the Society's Rainforest Conservation Fund are tax-deductible under Australian taxation regulations. A receipt will be forwarded for the purpose.
